How does My Guiding Angel conduct one-on-one coaching?

One-on-one coaching is performed through face-to-face sessions, although phone sessions are also available.  Agreed days and times are pre-arranged. There are times when written material is involved, and this can be facilitated either through email, or believe it or not, the post!  So, if you don't have access to email, normal mail will still be adequate.  Face-to-face clients travel to Simone in Canberra (South-side), Australia for their sessions.

How do I choose a Coach?  There seems so many out there!

The best way is to speak to a shortlist of coaches who offer what you are looking for that you think may be suitable, and then make a decision based on who you feel you can work best with.  Some coaches offer a free coaching session (My Guiding Angel offers a free 30 minute coaching session) which will help you become clearer on who you want to work with. 

Is it better to have face-to-face coaching sessions, or does it work just as well over the phone?

This is really up to the individual preference of the person being coached.  Simone offers both methods, and finds both are effective.  Phone sessions can be a lot more convenient for some clients as they can be anywhere during the coaching sessions, while other clients prefer the special time the face-to-face session offers them, free from interruptions.

I travel for business overseas frequently, but would like to keep a regular schedule of coaching with My Guiding Angel .  Is this possible?

Yes, as long as you have phone contact, this is possible.  Given there may be time-zone differences, Simone will ensure you agree on a time that is suitable so that you can continue your schedule of coaching.

How are the Coursesconducted?

The mode of delivery for Courses depends on the course itself.  Participants from all over the world can participate in any of the Courses provided the participant can speak and understand (and for some courses read) English.

Some courses are conducted through teleconferences.  You are given a phone number to call at a specified day and time, and a pin number so you can join the teleconference.  This is at a minimal cost to participants. 

Some courses are also offered as individual or couples coaching sessions, in which case Simone will arrange a convenient day and time to coach you directly.

The course that are recorded and/or require a workbook will be available for download from www.myguidingangel.com.au upon payment being made through PayPal; or may be emailed to you upon confirmation of payment via electronic transfer.

What areas does My Guiding Angel coach in?

Simone has an array of experience and training to assist clients in many areas.  Some of the areas Simone has coached clients in include:

• Relationships or couples coaching - to experience a richer, fuller, and more meaningful relationship;
• Achieving life balance - this may cover areas such as relationships; health; time utilisation; personal growth; career; happiness; wealth, prosperity and success;
• Breaking through limiting belief systems to enable you to create the life you deserve;
• Changing disabling emotional patterns such as anxiety or fear, so they have less of an impact and influence over you;
• Empowering you to consistently behaviour and take action in ways consistent with your values; 
• Finding direction and purpose in one's life;

Simone has a passion for helping people.  If she feels that she is not the best person to help you, she will discuss this with you.  Simone will not accept a client if she feels she is not able to help that client achieve their goals or desires.

I read on "My Guiding Angel" that Simone is a Financial Planner.  Does My Guiding Angel offer Financial Planning advice?

This area is highly regulated for the protection of clients.  Simone no longer provides and is unable to give specific or individual financial advice through her Coaching sessions, however she is able to coach you to break through limitations you may be experiencing that hold you back from creating wealth and prosperity for yourself. 

Does My Guiding Angel use Universal Laws in her coaching, or is the coaching more practical?

Every individual is unique and so the techniques Simone uses are tailored to suit the individual client. 

Where Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) is used, clients will find the skills they master very practical.

Even for those clients who are appropriate for Simone to coach using various Universal Laws - such as the Law of Attraction, the coacing is still very practical - the Universal Laws are an enhancer to help such clients achieve the results they desire, and there are always going to be practical actions for the client to take.
